Under nascar rules the field is frozen when the caution flies, he was in 7th maybe 8th when the caution flew, yet the unofficial results list him in 28th? I'm not a huge tony stewart fan but it sucks if he gets jipped out of a quality top 10 run.
Im not complaining or whining that he finished lower, I would just like some sort of an explantion to something that really confused me
